Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient: (1) Patients with primary colorectal cancer diagnosed by pathology and undergoing enterostomy; (2) POMS-SF was used to screen patients with mood disorders (POMS-SF>= 27.5 points); (2) >= 18 years old; (3) Have clear consciousness, and have certain reading and understanding ability; (4) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. 2.Primary family caregivers: (1) Participate in the care of patients undergoing enterostomy surgery during hospitalization and after discharge, and live with the patients; (2) the family members who know the patient's condition, care for the longest time and bear the heaviest care burden; (3) POMS-SF was used to screen patients with mood disorders (POMS-SF>= 27.5 points); (4) >= 18 years old; (5) Have clear consciousness, and have certain reading and understanding ability; (6) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient: (1) Serious communication barriers, unable to correctly understand and answer the questionnaire; (2) Patients with severe postoperative complications; (3) severe mental illness; (4) Patients with serious comorbidities, such as severe infection, stroke, malignant tumor, heart failure, and severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (5) Unwilling to provide telephone number or WeChat and other contacts; (6) Those who have participated in other similar projects. 2.Primary family caregivers (1) Serious communication barriers, unable to correctly understand and answer the questionnaire; (2) severe mental illness; (3) Patients with serious comorbidities, such as severe infection, stroke, malignant tumor, heart failure, and severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (4) to receive remuneration; (5) Unwilling to provide telephone number or WeChat and other contacts; (6) Those who have participated in other similar projects.
