Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Written consent of the patient and/or the patient's legal representative; 2. Patients with tetralogy of Fallot (including pulmonary atresia with extreme form of VSD ) after corrective operation; 3. The corrective intervention has to date back to at least one year before study inclusion; 4. Ergospirometry and MRI examination can be carried out on an outpatient basis; 5. Aged 6 to 17 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tetralogy of Fallot or pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect without corrective surgery (or corrective surgery dating back less than a year ago); 2. Pulmonary valve hypoplasia (if there is a significant discontinuity between the mitral and aortic valves); 3. Related serious cardiac defects (such as endocardial cushion defect); 4. Other clinically relevant diseases, such as malignant tumors (assessed by the investigating physician); 5. The patient cannot perform energy respiration measurement (bicycle/treadmill) or has contraindications; 6. Absolute contraindications to MRI, such as pacemakers; 7. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 8. Lack of cardiac catheterization (or MRI) prior to the first surgery.
