Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. The first occurrence of acute ST segment elevation large-area anterior wall myocardial infarction is defined as ST segment elevation > 0.2 MV in at least 4 adjacent anterior wall leads within 12 hours of onset; 3. Underwent emergency PCI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamic instability (mean arterial pressure <65mmHg, or any manifestation of organ hypoperfusion, such as oliguria or clammy extremities); 2. Emergency PCI failed to open the culprit blood vessel; 3. Patients with type 1 diabetes; 4. Received dapagliflozin or other SGLT2 inhibitor therapy within 1 month before enrollment; 5. Allergic reaction to dapagliflozin or excipients; 6. History of heart failure, myocardial infarction, valvular disease (moderate and above stenosis or regurgitation), congenital heart disease; 7. Glomerular filtration rate <30ml/min/1.73m2 body surface area; 8. Acute urogenital infection; 9. Suffering from malignant tumor; 10. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive.
