Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient group: (1) Patients with sepsis meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0: 1. Life-threatening organ dysfunction due to dysregulation of the host response due to infection, and the sequential organ failure (SOFA) score was used to evaluate organ dysfunction, That is, sepsis is infection + SOFA score (cardiovascular system function >= 1 point or any other system function score >= 2 points); (2) The patient meets the diagnostic criteria of PICS: 1) ICU stay > 14 days; 2) C-reactive protein (CRP) > 150µg/dL; 3) Lymphocyte count (LYM) 10% or body mass index (BMI) <18kg/m2. 2. The control group is healthy volunteers (HV): healthy volunteers in the physical examination center; 3. Aged 18 to 90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunodeficiency patients; 2. Being receiving immunomodulatory treatment (steroids, chemotherapy or biological immunomodulators, etc.).
