Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 40 years; 2. Rright-handed; 3. Han nationality; 4. Non-professional athlete; 5. Ro long-term smoking or drinking history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of acute or persistent pain in recent three months; 2.Psychological scale showed severe depression and anxiety; hand lesions; 3.Drug abuse history and routine drug use history in the past three months; 4.Patients with non-invasive brain stimulation contraindications or previously participated in similar brain stimulation experiments and experienced transcranial direct current stimulation intervention; 5.Women are in physiological period.
