Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from at least one of the following diseases: (1) Coronary heart disease (coronary angiography, coronary CTA shows that the degree of stenosis of a single vessel reaches 50% or the exercise stress test is positive); (2) Other heart diseases, including dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, and congenital heart disease; (3) Stable heart failure (NYHA class I-III and stable cardiac function in the past 2 weeks); (4) Hypertension; (5) Hyperlipidemia (including hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia); (6) Prediabetes (impaired fasting blood glucose, impaired glucose tolerance) or diabetes; (7) Arrhythmias, including frequent supraventricular and premature ventricular, atrial fibrillation with ventricular rate control, and other arrhythmias with subjective symptoms (such as sinus tachycardia); (8) Cardiovascular neurosis; (9) Not diagnosed with the above diseases, but have symptoms such as chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath and other symptoms, and require cardiac rehabilitation treatment. 2. The age is over 16 years old (including the critical value), and the gender is not limited; 3. A cardiac rehabilitation physician has been referred to an exercise therapist for an initial assessment; 4. No exercise rehabilitation in the last 3 months (only for patients with total training times < 25); 5. Agree to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from a serious mental illness; 2. Suffering from other serious diseases (severe pneumonia, cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage, severe liver function and renal function impairment, etc.); 3. Have an implantable device (pacemaker or ICD, CRT); 4. Decompensation or acute heart failure; 5. Severe arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia, ventricular flutter and fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, rapid atrial fibrillation, severe bradycardia (<50 beats/min in resting state), II°II type above atrioventricular block); 6. Patients with lung space-occupying lesions who do not meet inclusion criteria 1 with preoperative training; 7. Serious diseases that limit exercise testing and training (such as lumbar spinal stenosis, severe degenerative knee arthritis); 8. Suffering from diseases (such as malignant tumors) that lead to a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
