Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. MRI of the head is diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction; 3. Within 72 hours of onset. 4. Be able to cooperate with physical examination and cognitive function test, and accept follow-up observation 5. The patient and his family members signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history: Past internal carotid aneurysm or arteriovenous malformation. History of previous brain surgery or hemorrhagic stroke. Suffered from cerebral infarction within 3 months; 2. Heart disease: infective endocarditis or suspected infective emboli, pericarditis, ventricular thrombosis, aneurysm of the heart wall, or severe heart failure, etc; 3. Serious diseases: cancer, AIDS, dementia, renal failure, liver diseases, such as liver failure, cirrhosis, portal hypertension and active hepatitis. 4. Pregnancy 5. Clinical examination: unconsciousness (NIHSS> 25). 6. MRI scan contraindications.
