45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria were met; 2. Aged 45 to 75 years, right handedness; 3. Course of disease >= 1 year, MMSE < 27; 4. Close self-test and standard treatment with various hypoglycemic drugs, FPG <= 11 mmol / L; 5. There was no history of hypoglycemia; 6. Volunteer and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MMSE>=27; 2. HAM-D>=7; 3. Other psychological or neurological disorders that are not related to diabetes; 4. Brain damage such as tumor or stroke; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Patients treated with insulin or insulin sensitizer; 7. Patients with MRI contraindications (pacemaker, claustrophobia, etc.); 8. Those who can't cooperate with the experiment (such as refusing to sign the informed consent and can't insist on the whole experiment).
