Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA i-ii level; 2. Age > 65 years old; 3.BMI18~28; 4. Gender is not limited; 5. Patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia on an elective basis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Abnormal renal function (urea nitrogen >=1.5xULN, serum creatinine greater than the upper limit of normal); 3. Hypovolemia, shock or coma; 4. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure>90mmHg), suffering from mental system disease and long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs; coronary heart disease; 5. Cerebrovascular disease; 6. Severe arrhythmia; 7. Cognitive dysfunction; 8. Those who are allergic to or have contraindications to the components of benzodiazepines; 9. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 10. Have a history of drug dependence; 11. Have used other sedative drugs in the past week; 12. Participated in drug clinical trials as subjects within the past 3 months.
