Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing age; 2. Systemic lupus erythematosus with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome; 3. Previous use of hormone and immunosuppressant therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. You have received kidney replacement therapy; 2. A history of pregnancy.
