Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Unilateral knee pain or swelling symptoms have existed for at least 6 months, and the contralateral side has no obvious clinical symptoms; 3. Imaging evidence: knee X-rays suggest stage ii-iv knee osteoarthritis (K-L score); 4. Intolerance or poor response to drugs such as NSAIDs; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with abnormal rheumatic immune indexes; 2. Joint ligament injury caused instability or previous trauma; 3. Those with loose bodies and meniscus injuries causing joint interlocking; 4. Patellofemoral arthritis-based knee osteoarthritis; 5. Had intra-articular viscoelastic agent supplementary therapy (injected chondroprotective agent or sodium hyaluronate) or intra-articular or systemic injection of glucocorticoid or oral analgesics within 3 days within 6 months; 6. History of knee surgery or physical therapy within the previous 6 months; 7. Combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infections, immunosuppression, severe diabetes and other diseases; 8. Patients lost to follow-up or unable to complete the treatment cycle.
