Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults >=18 years; 2.Shoulder pain was diagnosed as primary frozen shoulder, and routine X-ray or MRI examination of the shoulder joint was performed to rule out rotator cuff tear, calcified tendonitis, osteoarthritis and so on; 3.Passive motion restriction of glenohumeral joint greater than 30 degrees in at least 2 planes of movement; 4.The stage 2 or stage 3 frozen shoulder as defined by Hannafin and Chiaia; 5.The duration of pain was less than 9 months, and the VAS score for shoulder pain was >= 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Frozen shoulder secondary to traumatic rotator cuff injury of rheumatic diseases or infectious arthritis; 2.Patients who had received corticosteroid injections in the past 3 months; 3.Inability to understand and cooperate with the investigators or to give valid consent.
