Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-35 year; 2. BMI 24-28.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current acute or chronic diseases (including metabolic diseases, liver and kidney disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases), excessive psychiatric diseases and any infectious disease; History of bariatric or gastrointestinal surgery, received other operation treatment in the prior 3 months or a plan to accept surgery in 3 months; Smoking excessive drinking (>2 glasses/day); Extreme exercise activity (>10 h/week); Taken dietary supplement in the last 3 months (including omega-3 fatty acids, prebiotics, probiotic, plant sterols/steroids ), long-term dietary fiber >30 g/d; Vegetarian or other unusual diets; Use of medicine (including antibiotics, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive drugs, statins, fibrates, orlistat, ezetimibe) in the previous 3 months; Over 3 kg weight change in last 3 months.
