Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification of physical status is I-IV; 2.Aged 18 to 60 years; 3.Both male and female patients were enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Patients with a history of serious adverse reactions, or known hypersensitivity to local anesthetics and study drugs; 3.Patients with body mass index >35 kg/m^2; 4.Ischemic heart disease; 5.Asthma; 6.Sleep apnea syndrome; 7.Use of a2-agonists or antagonists; 8.Hypotension (baseline systolic blood pressure, 100 mmHg) and bradycardia (baseline heart rate, 60 beats/min); 9.Patients taking pain-modulating drugs; 10.Patients with any history of opioid or sedative use.
