60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-III grade; 2.Aged > 60 years old; 3.Gender is not limited; 4.General anesthesia and intubation patients with a body weight between 50-200 kg who are planning to undergo elective lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 2.Hypovolemia, shock or coma; 3.Suffering from mental system disease or central nervous system disorder; 4.Long-term use of psychotropic drugs; cognitive impairment; 5.Patients with severe arrhythmia or bradycardia; 6.Ketamine allergic patients; 7.Have a history of drug dependence; 8.Have used other sedative drugs in the past week.
