Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of aspiration pneumonia meets the diagnostic criteria of the consensus of experts on aspiration pneumonia in Japan in 2010: (1)Patients with risk factors of aspiration present fever, cough, expectoration, shortness of breath, tachycardia and other clinical manifestations; (2)Typical imaging findings: gravity-dependent pulmonary exudation; (3)There was definite aspiration. 2.Pneumonia severity index (PSI) score >= 91 was classified as IV-V severe pneumonia. 3.Patients above grade 3 in the drinking water test of depression field. 4.Over 60 years old. 5.Patients are able and willing to cooperate with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases; 2.Complicated with other serious diseases of the system; 3.People with cognitive or consciousness disorders or mental diseases; 4.Life expectancy less than half a year; 5.Poor treatment compliance; 6.Midway off can not follow visitors.
