18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 65 years; 2. Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease based on history, physical examination, endoscopy and histopathological changes 3. Active disease, defined by Harvey and Bradshaw Activity Index (HBI) >=3, or CDAI>150. 4. Serum selenium level <85 ug/L; 5. The patient voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: combined with autoimmune diseases, malignancies or severe infection.
