Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 13 years of age who have been clinically diagnosed with GHD and have no history of growth hormone replacement therapy; 2. Right-handed; 3. Control group of children with idiopathic short stature (ISS): height is lower than 2 standard deviations of the normal reference value for children of the same age and the same age, and growth hormone deficiency has been clinically excluded, age/average education level/sex /Height matches the experimental group; 4. Healthy children control group: age/average education level/sex matches the experimental group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with GHD who have received growth hormone replacement therapy; 2. Secondary growth hormone deficiency after radiotherapy, congenital growth hormone deficiency, multiple pituitary hormone deficiency, other neurological or psychiatric diseases, combined with corticotropin deficiency, hypoglycemia, thyroid related diseases; 3. A history of hereditary or metabolic diseases in the family; 4. MRI scan contraindications.
