60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 60 and 80 years; 2. meeting the World Health Organization (WHO,1999) definition of T2DM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindication to exercise in diabetes; 2. abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. combined with cardiac severe diseases, such as cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class III or above), acute coronary syndrome; 4. serious chronic gastrointestinal diseases; 5. combined with abnormal thyroid function and other metabolic diseases that affect muscle content changes; 6. patients using glucocorticoids; 7. Patients with combined neurological and psychiatric diseases and tumors.
