Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. histopathological confirmed metastatic colorectal cancer, enough organ function, indications to receive fruquintinib treatment; 3. willing to provide informed consent form; 4. receiving fruquintinib treatment only.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with second primary malignant diseases; 2. contraindications to fruquintinib treatment; 3. participating in other interventional study; 4. poor adherence or other unsuitable conditions determined by investigators.
