Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the 2017 GOLD guidelines ; 2. Stable stage; 3. Aged 40 to 85 years; 4. Have the ability to complete various assessments required by the research ; 5. Obtain the informed consent of the person and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from comorbidities that interfere with assessment, treatment and follow-up; 2. Have carried out standardized sports training or traditional skills training before entering the group; 3. Unable to walk and suffering from severe cognitive impairment.
