Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 13 to 20 years; 2.BDI-ii (Beck Depression Inventory) >=14 points; 3.With depression as the main symptom of the presence of complications; 4.Constant doses of antidepressants or antianxiety medications for more than 1 month prior to the study; 5.Can contact the network regularly and have no difficulty in using the network.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have strong suicidal thoughts or suicidal behavior; 2.Complicated with severe psychiatric symptoms (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 3.Who are taking antipsychotic drugs; 4.Patients are also receiving other forms of psychotherapy.
