18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Brain stem hemorrhage confirmed by CT; 2. Aged under 70; 3. The etiology of cerebrovascular disease was excluded by DSA, CTA and other vascular examinations. 4. There were no specific differences in age, gender, educational level, body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), smoking history, hypertension history and history of cerebrovascular disease among all patients; 5. All the patients and healthy volunteers were Han Chinese from Hebei Province with similar geographical areas and dietary habits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe coagulation dysfunction; 2. Serious organic diseases such as heart and lung; 3. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, bovine colostrum, hormone drugs, laxatives, proton pump inhibitors, insulin sensitizers, etc. within 3 months; 4. Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease; 5. A history of malignancy or gastrointestinal surgery.
