18 Years to 110 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018", and be confirmed by head MRI or CT to rule out bleeding after admission; 3. See a doctor within 72 hours of onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-vascular origin and transient ischemic attack; 2. Accompanied by severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Central nervous system infection, recent history of severe trauma, and malignant tumors that affect survival time; 4. The main clinical data is incomplete.
