12 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients or inpatients, aged 12 to 18 years; 2. Those who meet one of the diagnostic criteria of the International Neuropsychiatric Brief Interview Questionnaire (MINI-KID) and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-5) for depressive episodes and recurrent depressive disorder in the United States; 3. Wechsler Intelligence Test for Children > 90 points; 4. A total score >=17 on the Hamilton Depression Inventory (HAMD-17); 5. Understand and voluntarily participate in this study, with informed consent signed by myself and guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With a previous or current history of organic brain disease or chronic severe physical illness; 2. Have received twitch-free electroconvulsive therapy within 6 months prior to enrollment; 3. Have been treated with systematic psychotherapy, orthomolecular therapy, cognitive training, and rehabilitation within 3 months prior to enrollment; 4. Have been or currently meet the diagnosis of developmental disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, tic disorder, and those with autism spectrum disorder.
