Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed was malignant tumor; 2. Tumor pathological staging III and IV; 3. The patients and his families knew about the disease; 4. Had the ability to read cards and communicate with researchers; 5. Patients voluntarily participate and sign Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Seriously ill and unable to cooperate; 2.Present cognitive impairment or mental illness.
