Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for RA established by the American College of Rheumatology and the European Union Against Rheumatology in 2010; 2. Aged 20 to 65 years old; 3. Complete medical records; 4. Clear awareness to cooperate with the investigation; 5. Patients clearly understood the process, method and principle of this survey and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With mental illness; 2. With immune system diseases; 3. With other joint diseases; 4. With other organic diseases such as coronary heart disease, renal failure, etc.; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Recent acute trauma; 7. Recent use of hormone drugs.
