18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed and voluntarily participating in this study; 2. Aged over 18 years old; 3. Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process research; 4. Diagnosed as PFO by TTE/TEE; 5. Generally good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation (not including mild); 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and hypertension; 4. Atrial septal defect with secondary hole/primary hole; 5. Pulmonary arteriovenous shunt; 6. Atrial fibrillation; 7. Known systemic and pulmonary embolism; 8. Known cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, heart valve stenosis and other organic heart diseases.
