Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with advanced CRC liver metastasis confirmed by pathology as MSI-H/ DMMR, and there were evaluable liver metastases; 2. All patients received first-line immunotherapy regimen; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years; 4. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The expected survival time of > was 3 months; 2. Complicated with dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other vital organs; 3. Complicated with other malignant tumors; 4. Mental disorders; 5. Allergic to immune drugs; 6. Pregnant and lactating.
