20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Adult Group: 1. BMI=24; 2. Aged 20 to 50 years old; 3. Able to maintain the suspension supine/prone position bridge exercise for at least 5 seconds; 4. No torso pain, fracture or soft tissue injury in the past six months; ?No hip joint or Limited movement of the knee joint. Chronic non-specific low back pain group: 1. Recurring history of lumbar or (and) lumbosacral pain; 2. Course of disease =3 months; 3. No obvious abnormalities in X-ray and/or CT, MRI, etc.; 4. Aged 20 to 50 years old; 5. BMI<28; 6. No other serious diseases of the system; 7. All patients were able to work during the trial period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy Adult Group: 1. Existence of trunk or lower extremity disease; 2. Metabolic and cardiovascular system dysfunction; 3. Cannot tolerate the test for a long time or cannot cooperate with the test. Chronic non-specific low back pain group: 1. Past lumbar spine trauma and operation history, having performed lumbar muscle functional exercises in the past 3 months; 2. Positive signs of the nervous system; 3. Lumbar specific or non-specific infectious diseases, such as lumbar spine tuberculosis, etc.; 4. Severe heart disease Patients with cerebrovascular system diseases; 5. Pregnancy, parturient; 6. Mental illness and cognitive impairment cannot cooperate with the experimenter.
