Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 38 to 76 years, (52.7 +/- 11.6) years. BMI 22.2 +/- 2.4. Both preoperative colonoscopy and pathology confirmed adenocarcinoma of the rectum, which was 4-6cm away from the anal margin and <3cm in diameter. Cardiopulmonary function is good, no distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mesangial hypertrophy can not valgus the stump, prophylactic stomy, emergency surgery rectal cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction, bleeding, perforation.
