Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Aged <=70 years old; 2. Stable condition; 3. Have not received genetic counseling or genetic testing. Inclusion criteria for first-degree relatives: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. Normal audio-visual ability, no communication barriers; 3. Decision makers for patient treatment and testing; 4. Have not received genetic counseling or genetic testing; 5. Owning and using a smart phone; 6. Volunteer for this study.
