Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nephrotic syndrome that occurs within 3 months of birth is congenital nephrotic syndrome; 2. Children with congenital nephrotic syndrome confirmed by renal aspiration; 3. The age of onset 0-3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abandoning treatment for children.
