Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative medical history, physical signs and imaging examination meet the diagnostic criteria of anterior mediastinal tumor; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 3. Surgical treatment is required for comprehensive assessment; 4. Preoperative enhanced CT indicated that 2 cm< tumor diameter <5 cm, and no obvious invasion of surrounding organs, large vessels and other imaging manifestations; 5. Obtain the informed consent of the patient and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merger myasthenia gravis symptoms, in line with the improved Osserman classification I~? type; 2. Preoperative discussion predicted that the minimally invasive surgery could not reach the standard resection range or the risk of bleeding was high; 3. Previous history of open-heart surgery, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or serious pleural adhesion; 4. preoperative American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) score ?, ?, ? level.
