Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Screen use time of more than 2 hours per day; 2. Children and adolescents judged to be overweight/obese according to obesity diagnostic criteria; 3. Parents and children and adolescents voluntarily participated and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with cardiovascular and other metabolic diseases; 2. Children with recent plans to move and transfer to another school.
