Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In patients with Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria, acute increase in sequential organ failure score (SOFA) of infected or suspected infected persons >=2 points, without low blood volume, and mean arterial pressure (MAP) requires maintenance >=65 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) and >2 mmol/L lactate. Diagnostic criteria of AKI refer to KDIGO classification.
