Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years old; 2. Patients scheduled to undergo open hepatobiliary surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Patients agreed to participate in the clinical study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operation; 2. Patients with history of chronic pain before operation; 3. BMI>30 4. Patients with local infection or rash at the puncture site; 5. Patients with severe abnormal liver, renal function or coagulation function; 6. Patients who participated in other drug trials in the last 6 months; 7. Known allergic reactions to the test drug and / or its components; 8. The patients who were judged to lack the ability of informed consent.
