Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ischemic stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and are confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. First onset, unilateral limb paralysis; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 4. Stand for 5 minutes and walk more than 6 meters independently without any assistance; 5. MMSE score: Illiterate >17 points , Primary school >20 points, and Junior high school and above >24 points, who can cooperate to complete training instructions; 6. Brunnstrom stage ?-?, modified Ashworth Spasticity Rating Scale 0; 7. The onset time >14 days; 8. Participate in this research project and sign the Informed Consent Form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral thrombosis with unilateral neglect; 2. Previous history of dementia or mental illness, visual and hearing impairment, or complicated with serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney, various malignant tumors and other contraindications to sports; 3. Experienced in practicing traditional sports skills; 4. Patients treated with antibiotics; 5. Patients who are unable to complete the training or have poor compliance due to other functional disorders, or are unable to complete the exercise for other reasons; 6. Participating in other studies that affect the results of this study.
