Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of glioma after surgery or radiotherapy, confirmed by pathological histology or imaging such as CT, MRI, PET-CT; 2. KPS score >=60 and expected survival > 3 months; 3. Have objective tumor size index to evaluate the efficacy; 4. Having full civil capacity to cooperate with the completion of the clinical trial, if the age is less than 18 years old, a guardian must sign the informed consent. 5. Women with reproductive capacity should use contraceptive measures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or those with severe mental illness or loss of self-care who are not expected to cooperate with the trial; 2. Those who are allergic to apatinib or temozolomide or have had serious side effects; 3. With severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic or renal dysfunction, unable to complete the clinical trial; 4. Combination of other serious medical diseases that affect chemotherapy and anti-angiogenic therapy; 5. Those who refuse to enter the clinical trial.
