Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Sign informed consent voluntarily; 3. Periodontitis is diagnosed if all the following conditions are met: (1) At least two of the four oral quadrants (upper right, upper left, lower right and lower left) with a total of at least 4 exploration sites PD >=5 mm, CAL >=3 mm; (2) Oral periapical X-ray film supports the diagnosis of periodontitis. 4. Periodontal health (PH): is considered if all of the following conditions are met. (1) All probe sites PD <=3mm; (2) No clinical attachment loss of (CAL) was found in all the exploration sites; (3) The proportion of (BOP) sites in probing bleeding is less than 10%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known HIV infection; 2. Expected to be unable to complete the follow-up plan; 3. Other situations that the researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
