18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For pulmonary hypertension patients: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Diagnosed of Pulmonary artery hypertension by right heart catheter:mean pulmonary pressure >=25mmHg; 3. Have no liver and renal dysfunction. For healthy control: 1. No structral heart disease and increased pulmonary pressure measured by echocardiography; 2. Have no liver and renal dysfunction; 3. No history diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of pulmonary hypertension without targeted drug indications; 2. Complicated with severe infectious diseases, malignant tumors, metabolic diseases, and severe liver and kidney failure; 3. Complicated pregnancy; 4. Refusal to cooperate due to mental factors.
