65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 80 years old; 2. No musculoskeletal system injury and no history of lower extremity orthopedic surgery in the last 6 months prior to the tests; 3. Being able to walk independently indoors, and able to complete the basic behaviors of daily life (including dressing, bathing, going to the toilet, etc.); 4. No obvious foot deformity; 5. No history of fall and no situation of a fall risk in the last 6 months prior to the tests; 6. Willing to improve balance control ability, and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe nervous system injury: including stroke, Parkinson's disease, mild paralysis of lower limbs, cerebellar injury, and some irreversible nerve injury; 2. Sensory disorders; 3. Cognitive impairment: Rapid Dementia Screening Test score =4 or Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire score <7 (for Alzheimer's disease); 4. Severe cardiovascular disease; 5. Participation in other clinical trials within the last 20 days; 6. Those who cannot cooperate with evaluation, treatment and detection for other reasons.
