Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 4,500 newborns received assisted reproductive technology, constructed card and borned in International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital/ Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital/ Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University/ Xin Hua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Babies whose family members refused to enroll or dropped out after enrollment
