Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Patients with carotid artery stenosis (stenosis >=70% in cervical vascular ultrasound, CTA or DSA examination); 2. Carotid endarterectomy under general anesthesia; 3. Aged 35 to 65 years old; 4. ASA grade I-II, BMI 19-24kg/m2. Controlled group: 1. Elective renal transplant donor patients under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 35 to 65 years old; 3. ASA grade I-II, BMI 19-24kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Severe abnormal cardiovascular system and liver and kidney function; 2. A history of cancer and chronic diseases; 3. Preoperative combined with cognitive dysfunction; 4. A history of long-term use of sedatives and opioids; 5. Patients with intraoperative unexpected conditions, such as high blood loss of >500ml, severe allergic reaction, and failure to timely review after surgery. Controlled group: 1. Complicated with renal artery stenosis; 2. Severe abnormal cardiovascular system and liver and kidney function; 3. A history of cancer and chronic diseases; 4.
