18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Patients with H. pylori infection confirmed by at least two positive tests from the rapid urease test, histology, culture, or stool antigen test, as well as individuals with a single positive 13C-urea breath test(need exclude those with DOB values close to the cut-off value(4-8))for health check 3. Previously untreated H. pylori infection; 4. Willingness to voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent; 5. Having a mobile device which can accept WeChat contents and having an ability to read them.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had history of gastric surgery; 2. Patients with severe diseases such as liver disease, cardiac disease, kidney disease, malignant tumor and psychiatric disease; 3. Patients who had history of allergies to any of the study drugs; 4. Patients who had history of taking proton-pump inhibitor, H2 blocker drug, bismuth salt or antibiotics within four weeks before inclusion; 5. Patients with alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
