Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed differentiated thyroid carcinoma (thyroid papillary carcinoma or follicular carcinoma); 2. Total thyroidectomy; 3. 131I treatment for the first time; 4. Patients are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 5. Patients voluntarily accept and abide by this experimental scheme, and receive reexamination and follow-up on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other tumors; 2. Digestive system diseases or long-term gastrointestinal symptoms (such as digestive tract ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, liver cirrhosis, chronic diarrhea, long-term constipation, etc.); 3. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Long-term use of antibiotics, PPIs, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials 3 months before being enrolled in the study; 6. Patients who should not be included in the study or could not cooperate with the study due to pregnancy, physical and mental illness or other reasons.
