Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. All patients were hospitalized within 24 hours of symptom onset; 3. Patients had neurological impairment caused by acute cerebral infarction; 4. Diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) within 48 hours after admission showed high signal for diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CT showed intracranial hemorrhage; 2. Tansient ischemic attack (TIA); 3. Patients with renal failure or anemia, affecting the level of HbA1c, SCR >180µmol/L, Hb<100g/L), the patients with serious heart failure, liver insufficiency, blood system disease or immune system disease; 4. Patients lost to follow-up, or with missing baseline data.
