Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 60 years; 2. BMI>=30 kg/m2; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For any reason, it cannot be incorporated into the study or the researcher considers it inappropriate to be included in this study; 2. Active infection; 3. Recent (3ULT); heart failure; active cancer (or prior diagnosis of cancer within the past 10 years); 5. Being a pregnant or nursing woman; 6. Enrolment in other therapeutic clinical trials within the next three months or planned.
