esketamine group2:Inject 0.5mg/kg esketamine intravenously under steady-state anaesthetic and surgical conditions
normal saline group:Inject the same volume of saline intravenously under steady-state anaesthetic and surgical conditions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2.ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI=28kg/m2; 2.Severe cardiovascular disease; 3.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 4.Neurological or psychiatric disorders; 5.Long-term drinking.
