Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Schizophrenia: (1)DSM-V, Schizophrenia; (2)Age between 13 and 18 or onset before 18 years; (3)Right handed; 2.MDD: (1)DSM-5 or ICD-10,depressive episode; (2)Aged from 12 to 50 years; (3)IQ>70; (4)Course of disease70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Schizophrenia: (1)History of brain trauma; (2)Other psychotic disorders or substance abuse; (3)Psychotic medication changed over the past 8 weeks; (4)MECT over the past 8 weeks; (5)Metal object in the body; 2.Depression: (1)8 weeks of MECT; (2)8 Significant adjustment of antipsychotics within weeks; (3)Perinatal trauma; (4)Substance and/or alcohol abuse; (5)Combination of other Axis I mental disorders; (6)A history of partial brain injury or neurological disease; 3.Subclinical depression: (1)All mental disorders or personality disorders with a DSM-V diagnosis/ICD-10; (2)Perinatal trauma; (3)Substance and/or alcohol abuse; (4)A history of local brain injury or neurological disease.
